National Calzone Day

November 1st, 2023 Few people can resist the mouthwatering deliciousness of calzone. Essentially a calzone is pizza crust covered with cheese and other fillings that is folded over on itself to make a sealed pocket. Then the dough is baked or fried to perfection.
