No carbs, or all carbs; protein-rich or vegetarian. People are obsessed with the foods they eat and how they play a role in overall health. Thousands of people are currently restricting their food intake in some way, whether it's by carefully counting calories, or avoiding foods that contain dairy. But on National Eat What You Want Day, everyone gets a respite from watching what they eat. This is a day to give in and indulge in favorite foods, even if they don't fit in with a current diet plan.
