The promposal, where a person stages an elaborate production to ask another student to the prom, has become a tradition each year. This is a chance to show others creativity and celebrate prom — a milestone in teens' lives. National Promposal Day is the official day to not only to ask someone to prom, but to spread the word about promposals and get a little school-wide notoriety.
