Music In Our Schools Month® or "MIOSM®" is NAfME's annual celebration during March, which engages music educators, students, and communities from around the country in promoting the benefits of high quality music education programs in schools. Music can reach people in ways that other mediums cannot, and can be used as a tool for education and communication.
Instrument stores, music instructors, concert halls, and more can take the opportunity to increase their businesses during March, in coordination with Music in Our Schools Month.
