Animals are beloved members of the family, and most people believe they should be treated as so. However, every day animals all around the world are subjected to neglect or abuse that is entirely preventable. During Be Kind to Animals Week®, the public can make bigger strides to protect the animals in their homes and communities. Report any suspected animal abuse to an area humane society, and spread awareness about being kind to animals.
