Few things help people warm up on chilly days than a piping hot mug of hot cocoa. A staple for the winter season and holiday magic, hot cocoa is celebrated each December 13 on National Hot Cocoa Day. The beverage can be dressed up as much or as little as desired. Add whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon on top, or stir with a candy cane to impart a peppermint twist.
