National French Dip Day

November 12th, 2024 A French Dip is a sandwich made from thin slices of beef, often ribeye, on crusty Italian or French bread. The sandwiched is served with a side of "au jus," which is a broth made from cooking the meat and perhaps the addition of some beef stock.
