College Colors Day coordinates with the back-to-school season. It is an opportunity for people to don the colors of their current school or alma mater, or their favorite school gear. Not only does it promote school solidarity, it's a great way to meet fellow alumni.

Celebrating a local college, one's alma mater or the place where children attend is even easier with College Colors Day. College towns can be awash in college hues and businesses can offer special promotions for people who come dressed in the college colors, such as a percentage off purchases or dining out tabs.
