May is Older Americans Month (OAM) is a perfect opportunity to show one's appreciation for the older adults in various communities. Since 1963, people across the nation have come together to celebrate Older Americans Month — a proud tradition that shows the nation’s commitment to recognizing the contributions and achievements of older Americans. Each May, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) leads the nation's celebration of OAM.
