Oregon Trails Days takes place annually in Gering, Nebraska. It is a celebration dedicated recognizing the people who settled the region. The event is filled with old-fashioned parades, an art show, a chili cook-off, live concerts, street dances, a community barbecue, an international food fair, a 5-mile run, a unique kiddie parade, a car show, a bicycle hill climb ... and so much more.
