The Westminster Dog Show is America’s first and only all-champions dog show. Entry is limited to 2,500 dogs who strut their stuff eager to win top prizes. The festivities take place at Madison Square Garden in NYC each year, when Manhattan fills up with furry, four-legged friends. Group and Best in Show competitions are televised live on USA Network.
Advertisers will be barking up the "right" tree when they capitalize on the number of canine-worthy events throughout the year. The Westminster Dog Show is just one of the many tie-in opportunities that can put more wag behind marketing dollars.
