June 3rd, 2023 Orange is the color that Hadiya Pendleton’s friends wore in her honor when she was shot and killed in Chicago at the age of 15. It has since bcome the color representing the gun violence prevention movement. Gun safety is no laughing matter, and communities across the country can educate the public about how to reduce the number of gun-related violent incidences on their streets.
