May 4th, 2021
Kicking off National Foster Care Month, National Foster Care Day occurs the first Tuesday in May each year. It is dedicated to all of the brave children who currently reside in foster homes or were formerly in the foster care system. Foster care families play a key role in ensuring the health and well-being of children they welcome into their homes.
Everyone is encouraged to wear blue for foster kids on this day to show support for youth.
