Each year we do a similar set of ads encouraging our readers to be a hometown hero by shopping locally. I usually do three versions of the ad, which are run once in each of three of our publications. The names of the businesses are rotated for each one too. I love searching for new graphics on Metro each year to add to the fun of these ads.(Submitted by Christy, Denison Bulletin & Review)
