This was our 2012 Student Housing Day tab cover. I gave the original Metro artwork a complete overhaul: I added faces to the students, drew clouds in the sky, changed colors on just about every element, removed cluttered patterns, gradients, etc. Next, I added some local elements like the cows, ducks, bikes, and our famous Davis water tower to give it that local flavor.
