As of January 2019, Teen Tech Week™ has been retired and replaced with a new, month-long celebration called TeenTober.
Teen Tech Week is when libraries make the time to showcase all of the great digital resources and services that are available to help teens succeed in school and prepare for college and 21st century careers. The YALSA board decided to re-envision TTW and TRW and create a larger advocacy/awareness campaign to promote the importance of year-round teen services.
